Kerudoc Création, managed by Karen James EI, is a registered French business located at Kerudoc, 29140 St Yvi in France, registration number: RCS Quimper 504.885.849, and we welcome the purchase of products and services from our Internet site.
Customers are able to purchase or order from the products and services available and submit the order electronically via the website by following the instructions given.
The prices of the products and services invoiced are those available at the time of the order. The selling prices given are price Net including all taxes. The cost of delivery and packing is clearly shown on the final form along with the total amount to pay.
We make every effort to ensure the ordered products are delivered to you in the shortest possible time. In the unlikely event of a delay we will contact you as soon as possible in order to allow you to decide whether to continue with your order or cancel it in total or part. The products and services are delivered by the Post office to the address indicated by the customer after receipt of payment. The delivery periods can vary according to destination. The working days do not include the weekend and public holidays and please French holidays do vary from those of the UK/other countries. International deliveries, according to the products and areas, can take several weeks although deliveries in Europe are usually 3-5 working days.
Please check the condition of the products when delivered. In the event of noted or supposed damage, it rests with you to issue a claim with the post office and to inform us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of the delivery.
We endeavour to ensure all customer orders can be fulfilled and shipped immediately or, in the case of personal orders, as agreed. However, we will not accept orders or be held responsible to the customer in the event of delay of delivery or the temporary or permanent unavailability of products and services.
We are committed to providing all our total customer satisfaction in our products and services. In accordance with the French legislation in force governing on-line mail order trading, you have the option of returning to us any article in the 7 days following the delivery date and receiving a full refund of the price of the article concerned, excluding the cost of delivery. However, any articles returned must be in perfect condition in their original packing, clean, ready for resale and at your expense. Any product which has been damaged, is returned incomplete or whose original packaging has deteriorated or is absent will neither be refunded nor exchanged. First, please send a message through our contact page and be sure to include a copy of your invoice with the returned item. The address is at the top of your invoice. For your own proof, please send the items with tracking.

We will not be held responsible in the event of causes beyond our control such as strikes, fires, natural disasters, or others: This list is not exhaustive.
The payment of the products and services must be made with the order by cheque (only if drawn on a French bank account in Euros or on a UK bank in £UK), credit transfer or PayPal. Until effective payment of the full sum due is received, Kerudoc Création remains the owner of the delivered products and reserves the right to carry out their recovery by all means placed at its disposal in the event of failure of the final payment.
