Dry mica pearl powder and dye mix for shimmering colourful effects. When used individually or together, especially on card, they burst with colour for great background effects. The powders react to being sprayed with water or can be mixed with water for painting and are suitable for all porous surfaces. Shake bottle before using and simply tap the bottom to release a fine dust of powder.
