An "anti-static" pad to use on paper/cardstock and other supports before heat-embossing or using glitter and other powders. You simply wipe it over the paper/cardstock and a tiny amount of powder is released, which binds to all greasy or damp areas and is attracted by static charges, preventing your embossing powder (or mica,Perfect Pearls, etc) from sticking to these areas. Once you've finished your project you just brush off any excess powder remaining.
